I'm thrilled you're here; ready and willing to make changes. I specialize in weight loss through extensive nutrition education. I work closely with my clients to teach them about food, nutrients (both macro and micro), portions, how to properly track your food, recipes, lifestyles, and more. But that's not all. In the process, we go deep! We talk openly about things you wish to improve in your life (such as relationships, your mindset, and all/any other things pertaining to health and wellness). Why? Because it's all related. From there, we build a plan just for you based around nutrition and wellness. A plan that will hold you accountable and get you the results you need. Fear not, I'll be there every step of the way (and truthfully, probably even more than you want me to be...we're basically new besties!). It's my job to get you the results you need at all costs. Getting to Know You

Initial Consultations are required before any other service can be provided. During our Initial Consultation, we'll dive deep into your Health History. Your Health History is a comprehensive overview of what your health looked like in the past and how it currently exists in the present. We'll look at everything, from what you consume in a day, self care measures, illness and everything in between.


The Lifestyle Overhaul

The Personalized Health and Nutrition Coaching Session is scheduled after your Initial Consultation is completed. After your Initial Consultation I immediately get to work on creating a detailed plan just for you! This plan includes wellness and nutrition practices/guidelines that align specifically with your goals discussed during the Initial Consultation. On average, the Personalized Health and Nutrition Coaching Session typically takes two hours to complete.


Checking In At Its Finest

You've completed the Initial Consultation, and the Personalized Health & Nutrition Coaching Session! Whoot Whoot! Congrats! Now, it's vital for your success to schedule a minimum of one Accountability Appointment per month, however, Clients find the most success when we meet bi-weekly. The Accountability Appointments allow me to review what you've been eating, note any progress and/or nip any regressions in the bud! This is also a great time for valuable conversation and any questions you may have. These Appointments are GOLD!


Bye Bye Inches!

Measuring your weight, body fat percentage, and circumferences of your waist, hips, thighs, bust, etc. is great for tracking progress and staying accountable. The proof is in the (healthy) pudding!


Nutrition + Fitness = HUGE Success

As a Certified Fitness Coach who has been in the industry for nearly 10 years now, I know a thing or two about losing weight, getting lean, and looking and feeling great about yourself as a result. Pairing nutrition and fitness together yields the greatest results, and doing it all with one Coach who is invested in your goals and gets to know you well is priceless!
