For nearly 16 years I've been obsessed with fitness, nutrition, and overall health and wellness. As a health and wellness guru, I've spent countless hours researching, learning, and practicing health in nearly every domain possible. I've studied nutrition, fitness, self-care, confidence, mindset, wellness and everything in between. What's more important than studying health and wellness is actually living it and making it your life's work. In 2011, my obsession and hobby became my full time work when I started as the Operations Manager at Windsor CrossFit (WCF). It wasn't long before I became WCF's Co-Owner, a Nutrition Coach for members, and the Owner and Head Coach of the Kids Fitness and Wellness Program.

Since 2011, my mission has been to help and empower my clients to overcome their most challenging obstacles and start living happier and healthier lifestyles. My extensive experience means that I'm fully equipped to guide, support and assist you in building the life you clearly deserve.
